Simply Nutrition

I created the Something Simple Cookbook because I was tired of searching for recipes that were either “healthy” but bland — or tasty but full of sugar, flour, and processed junk.So I made my own. What started as a handful of post-workout snacks for my Pilates class has grown into over 90 real-food recipes that are dairy and gluten-conscious, refined sugar-free, and 100% kid-approved. These are the meals and muffins I feed my own four kids — day after day, week after week.Simple ingredients. Easy instructions. Food that actually tastes good.

Why I Made This Cookbook

When I became a mom, I knew I wanted to raise my kids on real food — not the processed, artificial stuff I’d grown up eating. But what I didn’t want was to spend hours in the kitchen making food no one actually liked.

So I set out to find the balance: food that was healthy, hearty, and enjoyable. Not restrictive. Not fussy. Just nourishing and real.

I made this cookbook for moms like me — who care deeply about what their families are eating, but also need meals that are affordable, simple to prep, and full of flavor.
